Our staff consists of individuals who have a passion for care, all our staff are fully trained and understand the challenges faced by family members as well as individuals who use the service. To allow us to deliver above expectation each case is managed independently ensuring the right skill is assigned.

All our staff are DBS checked and we regularly undertake quality assurance visits and quality control checks.

In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care.

Whether it is a 1-hour home care visit or for staff to live-in and care for the client, using YoD Care Services will give you access to a wealth of experience from a variety of committed professionals.

Our services are for 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We are committed to the local community and we conscientiously strive to meet their needs.

We regularly visit our clients to discuss their needs and offer a tailor-made service to meet those needs.
